Terms of Service

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in method (your Google, GitHub or Apple account, or your email inbox) secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account.

During the closed beta a new account may wait for approval before it can be used. We may decline or remove an account at our discretion, and will tell you why when we can.

Everything you create in Neural Garden remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, sync it between your devices, show it to people you share with, and publish it where you choose to publish it. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that remain in backups for about two weeks and content you published that others have already copied.

You are responsible for having the right to store what you put in your garden — including pages you clip and images you upload — and for what you publish. When you make a snapshot public, anyone with the link may read it and copy it into their own garden; the license you grant readers of a public snapshot is to view and copy it for their own use.

• Break the law, or store or publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or harasses or threatens a person.
• Access other people's gardens or accounts without their invitation, or probe, scan or attack the service.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, scrape the service, or place load on it beyond ordinary personal use.
• Use a share link, an embed or the gallery to distribute spam, malware or deceptive pages.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI features use an API key you provide and run against the provider you choose. You are responsible for that key, for the provider's charges, and for complying with the provider's terms. AI output can be wrong; it is a suggestion, not advice, and you decide what to keep. Actions an AI feature takes on your canvas can be undone with the app's undo.

Neural Garden is in active development. Features change, and although we work hard to keep your data safe — it is stored on our servers and cached on your device, and you can export it at any time — we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, Neural Garden is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any amount beyond what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from the Account section at the bottom of Settings; the Privacy Policy says exactly what that removes. We may end or suspend the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where we can give it; if we shut the service down we will give you a chance to export your data first.

When these terms change we update the date at the top and note it in the changelog. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
